Patung Kertas depicts the journey of the gentle AdikChu, who joins a performing arts group called Paper Dolls or Patung Kertas.
Through Abang Long, whom he looks up to, Adik Chu finds friendship with the other members of Patung Kertas by sharing his problems and life experiences.
Upon finding out about the child’s condition, Abang Long decides to organise a charity show to raise money for heart surgery that will save the life of Suhana’s little boy.
Starring Dato' Jalaluddin Hassan, Ebby Yus, Ashraff Muslim, Aishah Atan, Ku Mohd Yusry and Radhi Khalid.

The group befriends a hawker stall owner Abang Yus and his cousin Suhana who has a child diagnosed with chronic heart disease. Suhana is a girl from Abang Long’s hometown, who he once had feelings for.
